Our bespoke CPD offer is tailored to individual members of staff, our schools and at a trust level ensuring that the right support is given at every stage of an individuals career.  Trust, school and individual priorities are mapped out across each academic year so that support can be provided by the right specialist, either within our organisation or externally. 

A recent addition to our training portfolio is to support future leaders.  Our Future Leaders Programme is specifically aimed at aspiring middle and senior leaders, delivered by existing leaders and is put together in a way that enables the participant to work at their own pace.
